Where do you source your produce from? 

We source our produce directly from local farms surrounding Pune and through various Farmer Self-Help Groups (SHGs), ensuring fresh, high-quality harvests that support our local farming community.

How is the produce cleaned and handled before delivery?

Select vegetables are cleaned, cut, or peeled for your convenience before being packaged. Once your Freshbox is sealed at the source, it remains closed until it reaches your hands, ensuring maximum hygiene & zero tampering.

Which specific areas in Pune do you serve?

For now, deliveries are limited to Aundh, Baner, and Balewadi as we scale sustainably.

How do you ensure data security?

We follow robust data-protection practices, including encryption and limited access, to keep your information secure and used only for order fulfilment and service improvement.

What are your weekly delivery time slots?

To ensure you have the freshest ingredients for the week ahead, all deliveries are made every Sunday morning between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM.

Can I place a one-time order, or is a subscription mandatory?

While we love long-term relationships, a subscription is not mandatory. You are more than welcome to place a one-time order whenever you need a fresh stock of produce.

Can I customize the contents of my Freshbox, or are they pre-set? 

Currently, our Freshboxes are pre-set to ensure we can source the best seasonal variety efficiently. However, we are working on a customization feature and hope to offer a "Build Your Own Box" option very soon!

What is the cutoff time to modify or cancel an order for the week?

To allow us enough time to coordinate with our farm partners, all modifications or cancellations must be made by Friday at 7:00 PM.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major payment methods, including UPI and Credit/Debit Cards.

How is Freshbox contributing to a "Plastic-Free India"?

Our mission is to eliminate single-use plastics from your kitchen supply chain. We maintain a "neat and clean" packaging standard using only sustainable alternatives, helping Pune stay green one box at a time.

Why don’t you offer customisation in vegetable boxes?

We are farmers first. Individual farmers can grow only a limited variety of crops per season. To ensure freshness, quality, and fair farmer income, we supply vegetables directly from our farms and partner farmers in fixed quantities.

That’s why we currently offer a carefully planned, non- customisable combo.

Customisation will come later as we scale responsibly.
